President Anura Kumara Dissanayake visited the Nagadeepa Raja Maha Vihara

President Anura Kumara Dissanayake visited the Nagadeepa Raja Maha Vihara this afternoon (16) and met with the Chief Incumbent, Most Venerable Navadagala Padumakitti Tissa Thero, engaging in a brief and cordial discussion while inquiring into his well-being.

The President made this visit while attending several programmes in the Northern Province today. On the occasion, the Chief Incumbent performed religious observances and invoked blessings upon the President.

President Anura Kumara Dissanayake also interacted warmly with members of the public present at the temple.

Minister of Fisheries, Aquatic and Ocean Resources Ramalingam Chandrasekar, along with several others, was also present at the occasion.
